We’re proud to be working in partnership with Yorkshire Building Society to offer support directly to people visiting their Doncaster branch. This collaboration brings trusted, independent advice into a space where many residents are already seeking help with their finances, savings, or everyday money worries.
As part of the partnership, we recently held a joint focus day in branch, a chance to speak with customers, understand the pressures they’re facing, and explore how we can work together to remove barriers to advice. The insights from that day are already helping us shape how we deliver support on site and how we can make the experience even more accessible.
Through this work, our advisers are available in‑branch to provide free, confidential guidance on issues such as budgeting, debt, benefits, housing, and wider cost‑of‑living challenges. YBS colleagues have been incredibly welcoming, and together we’re creating a supportive environment where people feel comfortable asking for help.
