We were incredibly proud to see Chloe, one of our team members, recognised nationally by Citizens Advice for her work raising awareness of BSL and championing the Deaf community. Her commitment to breaking down communication barriers and making our services more accessible reflects the very best of who we are as an organisation.
Chloe’s approach is grounded in honesty, empathy, and a genuine drive to ensure everyone in Doncaster can access advice in a way that works for them. Her leadership in this space has already influenced how we think about accessibility across our service, and her work continues to shape our plans for the year ahead.
