Our MAPS Debt advice Team have been incredibly successful over the last year, meeting very challenging targets and quality requirements. This was deservedly recognised with a CA national awards win for team of the year and a nomination for an IMA award.
The Innovation of the year Award was for the set up and use of remote law students provided by Pro-bono Community to provide welfare rights advice and help clients complete PIP forms via the phone and video portals we set up locally.
