We’re pleased to share that Citizens Advice Doncaster has launched a new partnership with Pathways to Work, aimed at supporting people who are looking to build confidence and move closer to employment. Our new Pathways to Work gateway service provides tailored support for people who are economically inactive, helping them overcome the barriers that may be holding them back and take positive steps towards work.

🔹 Drop‑in support available at the Civic Centre
🔹 Open five days a week
🔹 Appointments with a specialist adviser available
Our team provides free, confidential support, including
✔️ Better‑off calculations
✔️ Money management and budgeting advice
✔️ Help with urgent needs such as food and fuel vouchers
✔️ Support to build financial resilience
✔️ Assistance with crisis issues, including insecure housing and debt
