Advice Session Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Advice Session Supervisor to lead the delivery of our advice services across both office and community outreach settings. In this role, you’ll support, supervise and develop a team of advisers, volunteers and supervisors, ensuring high‑quality advice that meets Citizens Advice standards.
You’ll oversee advice sessions, coordinate projects, carry out case checking and make sure the team stays up to date with training and development. This is a key leadership role for someone with strong people skills, solid advice knowledge and a passion for achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
