Citizens Advice were proud to be at today’s Audiology Action Day, at Doncaster School for the Deaf, alongside local MPs, DBTH and ICB leaders, and audiology specialists. It was fantastic to support our community and be part of such a collaborative and impactful day.
We were especially pleased to have our brilliant BSL Adviser, Natalia, whose involvement helped ensure everyone could access advice in a way that best suited their needs.
A huge thank‑you to the organisers for inviting us, we really appreciated the opportunity to be part of an event that offered so much valuable support, including hearing aid repairs and audiology waiting list checks.
