Hours: 16 hours per week
Salary: Full time equivalent salary is £21,407.36 per annum (the post is funded to 31st March 2024 initially – with possibility of further extension)
Location: Doncaster
The role involves recruiting, developing & supporting a team of volunteers to enhance and support various projects within the organisation and the wider community.
The successful candidate will be energetic, innovative and passionate about the ethos of the charity and the social value volunteers can bring.
You will have the ability to develop a comprehensive recruitment, induction & training programme alongside having the ability to provide ongoing support and training to a large team of volunteers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a similar role and will be enthusiastic and a ‘self starter’ with the ability to work with a large team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this role.
